Q. How should I store the sea salt?
A. Sea salt has a deliquescent property that absorbs the surrounding moisture, so when stored in a humid place, water can come out of sea salt.
Therefore, sea salt should be stored in a place with low humidity and away from direct sunlight. If you have opened the product, please keep it sealed.
If the salt has become soggy from bittern, you can use it by roasting it slightly before using it or by putting it in a bowl and turning it in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on the amount and dampness.
Q. What is the shelf life of sea salt?
